ACCESS STATEMENT FOR THE APPLE BARN

Pre Arrival We are able to offer the literature in a large print format if that is helpful

Access is via a private drive

Parking There is space for 2 cars

Approach On Foot From the Parking area. The parking area is made up of gravel. From the parking area is a small step onto a paved area which leads to the front door. There is one step at the front door into the Apple Barn.

Inside the Building 

Ground Floor: The ground floor consists of a lounge area, kitchen area and downstairs toilet.  There are French Doors leading to the rear outside garden area.

Upstairs: The bedroom is located upstairs, there is also a bathroom with a shower. 

Outside:  The rear outside garden area consists of a grassed area, gravelled area and also a paved patio area with table and chairs and use of BBQ.

Mobility Difficulties: Inside the barn is an open wooden spiral staircase leading to the upstairs area.
